PART 1 — TERMS OF USE

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") define the conditions of access and use of the Tamil-Meet mobile application (hereinafter "the Application" or "the Service"), published by: SASU RCM Consulting 13 rue Giuseppe Verdi - 77185 Lognes, FRANCE Email: contact@tamil-meet.com Tamil-Meet is a dating application designed for the Tamil community, available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). Use of the Application implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 — Access Conditions

2.1 Minimum Age The Application is strictly reserved for individuals aged 18 years or older. By creating an account, the user declares and warrants that they are at least 18 years old. Tamil-Meet reserves the right to delete any account whose holder does not meet this requirement. 2.2 Registration To access the Service, the user must: 1. Provide a valid email address. 2. Create a secure password. 3. Verify their email address via a verification code sent by email (valid for 15 minutes). 4. Complete their profile with mandatory information (username, date of birth, gender, gender sought, country of origin, height, build, city and country of residence). 5. Upload at least one profile photo. The user agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Any identity theft or provision of fraudulent information may result in immediate suspension or deletion of the account. 2.3 Single Account Each person may only hold one account. The username and email address are unique on the platform.

Article 3 — Description of the Service

Tamil-Meet offers the following features: 3.1 User Profile The user has a profile comprising: • Non-modifiable information after creation: username, date of birth, gender, gender sought, country of origin. • Modifiable information: height, build, city, country of residence, biography, languages spoken, interests, personality traits, values, relationship status, children, smoking, alcohol. • A photo album (see Article 4). The user can choose to hide their profile at any time via the Application settings. A hidden profile no longer appears in search results. 3.2 Search and Discovery The user can search for other profiles based on filtering criteria (age, location, profile characteristics). Proximity-based search requires geolocation to be enabled. 3.3 Messaging Users can exchange text messages via the Application's built-in messaging system. 3.4 Notifications The user can receive notifications for the following events: new message, photo access request, photo access acceptance, profile visit, photo moderation result. Each notification type can be configured individually. 3.5 Blocking and Reporting The user can block any other user (profiles become mutually invisible) and report any behaviour that violates these Terms.

Article 4 — Photo System and Visual Privacy

Tamil-Meet is built on a fundamental principle of visual privacy: 4.1 Blurred Photos by Default All profile photos are blurred by default for other users. Profiles are therefore discovered through personality and profile information, not physical appearance. 4.2 Clear Photo Access Request To view a user's clear photos, a photo access request must be sent. The recipient can: • Accept: clear photos become visible to the requester. • Decline: photos remain blurred. A 7-day cooldown period applies before a new request can be sent. 4.3 Revocability Access to clear photos is revocable at any time. The user can withdraw access they have previously granted. 4.4 Photo Moderation All uploaded photos are subject to automatic moderation to detect inappropriate content. Photos detected as non-compliant are rejected. Tamil-Meet reserves the right to remove any photo that does not comply with these Terms, including after publication.

Article 5 — User Obligations

The user agrees to: 1. Use the Service fairly and in accordance with its purpose of connecting people seeking a romantic relationship. 2. Not publish any unlawful, offensive, defamatory, pornographic, violent, discriminatory content or content contrary to public order and good morals. 3. Not harass other users, nor adopt threatening, abusive or intimidating behaviour. 4. Not impersonate a third party nor create a fake profile. 5. Not use the Service for commercial, promotional, advertising or solicitation purposes (spam). 6. Not attempt to extract data from the Application in an automated manner (scraping, crawling, etc.). 7. Not attempt to circumvent the Application's security or moderation measures. 8. Respect the confidentiality of clear photos to which they have been granted access: any screenshot, copy, distribution or sharing of another user's photos without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited. 9. Not share personal contact details (phone number, address, social media links) in the biography or messages for solicitation purposes. Any breach of these obligations may result in temporary suspension or permanent deletion of the account, without notice or compensation.

Article 6 — Moderation and Sanctions

6.1 Automatic Moderation Photos are analysed by an automated moderation system before publication. Photos detected as inappropriate are automatically rejected or placed on hold for manual review. 6.2 User Reporting Any user can report another user for the following reasons: • Inappropriate photos • Harassment • Fake profile • Spam • Other reason (with description) Each report is reviewed by our team. 6.3 Sanctions In case of Terms violation, Tamil-Meet may take the following measures, without notice or compensation: • Warning • Removal of the content in question (photos, messages) • Temporary account suspension • Permanent account deletion In case of account deletion for Terms violation, no refund of the current subscription will be made.

Article 7 — Intellectual Property

7.1 Tamil-Meet's Property The Application, its source code, design, logos, texts and all its elements are the exclusive property of SASU RCM Consulting or its licensors. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation is prohibited. 7.2 User Content The user retains ownership of their photos and content. By publishing them on Tamil-Meet, they grant SASU RCM Consulting a non-exclusive, free, worldwide licence limited to the duration of use of the Service, solely for the purposes of: • Displaying the content on the Application (blurred and clear versions according to permissions). • Performing the necessary technical processing (resizing, blurring, moderation). This licence ends upon deletion of the content by the user or deletion of their account.

Article 8 — Liability

8.1 Tamil-Meet's Liability Tamil-Meet acts as a technical intermediary for connecting people. As such: • Tamil-Meet does not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of information provided by users. • Tamil-Meet cannot be held liable for relationships, meetings or exchanges between users, nor for their consequences. • Tamil-Meet does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Application. Interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur. • Tamil-Meet undertakes to implement reasonable means to ensure the availability, security and moderation of the Service. 8.2 User's Liability The user is solely responsible for: • Their use of the Service and their interactions with other users. • The confidentiality of their login credentials. • The truthfulness and legality of the content they publish. • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Article 9 — Personal Data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Article 10 — Account Deletion

10.1 At the User's Initiative The user can request deletion of their account at any time from the Application settings or by email to contact@tamil-meet.com. Deletion results in: • Deletion of their profile, photos and messages within 30 days. • Loss of access to the Service and to any current subscription (without pro-rata refund). • Retention of data subject to legal retention obligations (see Privacy Policy). 10.2 At Tamil-Meet's Initiative Tamil-Meet reserves the right to delete an account in case of Terms violation, multiple reports, prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months) or for any legitimate reason related to platform security.

PART 2 — TERMS OF SALE

Article 11 — Plans and Pricing

11.1 Free Access Registration and basic use of Tamil-Meet are free. Free access allows creating a profile, browsing profiles, receiving and sending photo access requests, and receiving notifications. 11.2 Premium Access The Premium subscription unlocks additional features. Available plans are: • Monthly: €29.90 / month • Quarterly: €76.50 / 3 months (i.e. €25.50 / month) • Biannual: €131.40 / 6 months (i.e. €21.90 / month) Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Tamil-Meet reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Changes do not apply to subscriptions already in progress. 11.3 Extended Free Access Female users whose profile is configured as "Woman seeking Man" benefit from free access to all Premium features.

Article 12 — Subscription and Payment

12.1 Payment Method Subscriptions are purchased and paid for exclusively via the integrated payment systems: • Apple App Store (for iOS devices) • Google Play Store (for Android devices) Tamil-Meet does not collect or directly process any banking payment data. The payment, billing and refund conditions specific to each store apply in addition to these Terms. 12.2 Automatic Renewal Subscriptions are automatically renewed. They renew automatically at the end of each period, at the current rate, unless cancelled by the user before the renewal date. 12.3 Subscription Cancellation The user can cancel their subscription at any time: • On iOS: via iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. • On Android: via Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. The user retains Premium access until the expiry date.

Article 13 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal. By subscribing to a Premium plan and immediately accessing Premium features, the user acknowledges and accepts that: 1. Performance of the service begins immediately after subscription. 2. They expressly waive their right of withdrawal. However, the refund conditions of the stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) may offer additional refund options. The user is invited to consult the terms of the relevant store.

Article 14 — No Guarantee of Results

Tamil-Meet is a matchmaking service. No guarantee of results is given regarding the possibility of finding a partner, the number of available profiles, the number of contacts made or the quality of exchanges. The Premium subscription provides access to enhanced features, not a guarantee of meeting someone.

PART 3 — GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 15 — Service Availability

Tamil-Meet strives to ensure the availability of the Service 24/7. However, access may be temporarily suspended without notice for maintenance, updates, force majeure or any event beyond our control. Tamil-Meet cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from unavailability of the Service.

Article 16 — Amendment of Terms

Tamil-Meet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial modification by notification in the Application or by email. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. In case of disagreement, the user may delete their account.

Article 17 — Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the user is invited to contact Tamil-Meet at contact@tamil-meet.com to seek an amicable solution. In accordance with Articles L. 611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer user has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge for amicable dispute resolution. The competent mediator is: • CM2C • Website: https://www.cm2c.net/ The European online dispute resolution platform is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr Failing amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction.

Article 18 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
