CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS

1. Our Commitment

Tamil-Meet is a dating application strictly reserved for individuals aged 18 years and older. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). These standards describe the measures we implement to prevent, detect, report and remove any content or behaviour related to CSAE, in accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable laws.

2. Definitions

• CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation): any form of sexual abuse or exploitation involving a minor (a person under 18 years of age). • CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): any content (image, video, text) depicting, promoting or facilitating the sexual abuse of a minor. • Grooming: any behaviour aimed at contacting a minor for sexual or exploitative purposes.

3. Adults Only (18+)

• Registration requires a declared date of birth; any user under 18 is denied access to the service. • The application is rated for an adult audience on the stores. • Any account we discover to belong to a minor is immediately deleted. • We reserve the right to request additional age verification in case of reasonable doubt.

4. Prevention and Content Moderation

• All uploaded photos are subject to automatic moderation (Amazon Rekognition) before publication, to detect inappropriate content, including nudity and content that may involve minors. • Content detected as non-compliant is rejected or placed on hold for manual review. • Our Terms of Use explicitly prohibit any unlawful or pornographic content, or content involving minors. • We combine automated detection with human review to handle reported content.

5. How to Report CSAE Content or Behaviour

Any user can report content or behaviour directly within the application, via the "Report" feature available on every profile and in every conversation. Reporting reasons include inappropriate content, harassment, fake profiles and suspicious behaviour. You can also report any CSAE-related content or behaviour to us at any time by email at: child-safety@tamil-meet.com Every report is reviewed as a priority by our team.

6. Handling Reports and Cooperation with Authorities

When content or behaviour related to CSAE is identified, we: 1. Immediately remove the content in question. 2. Suspend and delete the account(s) involved. 3. Preserve the necessary evidence in accordance with the law. 4. Report the content to the competent authorities and specialised organisations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the competent French and European authorities. We cooperate fully with law enforcement in investigations relating to CSAE.

8. Legal Compliance

These standards are implemented in accordance with applicable child protection laws, in particular French and European law, as well as the requirements of Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy (CSAE). We regularly review our practices to maintain their compliance.
